Booking confirmation Bookings become effectively valid upon payment of the deposit, which may be sent to our address by postal order or by bank transfer.
Arrival On the day of arrival, your rooms will be available from 15.00. Please let us know if you expect to arrive after 8 p.m. In the event of late arrival, we will be compelled to charge you the full price for the period booked.
Departure On the day of departure, please vacate your rooms by 10 a.m. Early departure: In the event of early departure, we will be compelled to charge you the full price for the period booked.
Payment We prefer you to pay in cash. You may, however, also settle your bill by credit card or ATM card (VISA, MAESTRO, MASTERCARD, EUROCARD, EC card), and cheques are also accepted.
Cancellations Cancellations must be made in writing. Your deposit will be refunded for cancellations up to 30 days prior to arrival, but will be withheld for cancellations after this date. Generally speaking, EU regulations governing the cancellation of travel and hotel accommodation apply. Should you cancel a stay in a hotel, arrive late or depart early, you will be billed for the whole of the period booked, or the deposit paid will be withheld. International conditions regarding cancellation apply (competent court: Trento)
Pets Pets only allowed on request. Please understand, however, that no pets will be allowed in the dining room. Please also note that owners are liable for any damage caused by their pets to people or objects.
Telephone If you wish friends and family to be able to contact you by phone during your stay, they may call: 0039(0)0463.751626. Calls will be diverted from reception to your room.
Internet If you want to connect to the internet, you can use your own laptop, thanks to the WI-FI Zone that covers most of the areas in our hotel (charged separately).
